Installation
Professional installation is recommended. Follow the heater and chimney manuals, local building/fire codes, and combustible-clearance requirements.
Shipping & ordering
- Accessories ordered without a qualifying sauna are subject to Leisurecraft’s $55 flat accessory-shipping fee within the continental United States.
- Remote locations, Alaska, Hawaii, and islands require a separate shipping quote.
- Orders are prepaid and non-returnable under Leisurecraft dealer terms. Missing-component or transit-damage claims must be reported within 30 days of receipt.
Warranty
Leisurecraft chimney kits carry a five-year manufacturer warranty; coverage is limited to eligible replacement parts and excludes labor and installation.
