Freight & residential delivery

• Free shipping applies within the continental United States for qualifying sauna orders.
• A $320 residential drop-ship appointment fee applies per sauna and is separate from the listed product price.
• Delivery is curbside. The customer is responsible for safely unloading the crated sauna and confirming truck access.
• Crates longer than 84 inches cannot use liftgate service; suitable unloading equipment, terminal pickup, or tilt-tow service must be arranged.
• Visible crate damage must be photographed and noted on the Bill of Lading. Missing-component or transit-damage claims must be reported within 30 days of receipt.

Installation & ordering

Confirm indoor clearances, electrical requirements, ventilation, access, and assembly location before ordering. Electrical work must be completed by a licensed electrician. This sauna is made to order, prepaid, and non-returnable under Leisurecraft’s dealer terms. Manufacturer build timing is an estimate rather than a guaranteed ship date.

Warranty

Leisurecraft-built products carry a five-year residential limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage is limited to replacement parts and excludes labor and installation. Normal wear, improper installation or maintenance, weather damage, and failure to follow manufacturer instructions are excluded.
