Freight & residential delivery

• Freight is included within the continental United States.
• A $320 residential delivery appointment fee applies per sauna and is separate from the listed product price.
• Delivery is curbside. The customer is responsible for safely unloading the crated sauna and confirming truck access.
• Crates longer than 84 inches cannot use liftgate service; customer-arranged unloading equipment, terminal pickup, or tilt-tow service is required.

Order information

This sauna is made to order. Mills Generation submits the order to Leisurecraft after payment has successfully processed and cleared. Manufacturer build timing is an estimate rather than a guaranteed ship date. Confirm electrical requirements, site dimensions, access, and unloading arrangements before ordering.

Ordering terms

This made-to-order product is prepaid and non-returnable under Leisurecraft dealer terms. Missing-component and transit-damage claims must be reported within 30 days of receipt.

Warranty

Leisurecraft-built products carry a five-year residential limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage is limited to replacement parts and excludes labor and installation. Normal wear, improper installation or maintenance, weather damage, and failure to follow manufacturer instructions are excluded.
