Freight & residential delivery

• Free shipping applies within the continental United States for qualifying sauna orders; remote areas and islands may require additional charges.
• A $320 residential drop-ship appointment fee applies per sauna and is separate from the listed product price.
• Delivery is curbside. The customer must confirm truck access and safely unload the crated sauna.
• Crates longer than 84 inches cannot use liftgate service; arrange suitable unloading equipment, terminal pickup, or tilt-tow service.
• Photograph visible crate damage and note it on the Bill of Lading. Missing-component and transit-damage claims must be reported within 30 days of receipt.

Installation & site preparation

Install on a firm, level, well-drained base and follow the model-specific Leisurecraft assembly manual and heater clearances. Confirm site dimensions, access, ventilation, and local permit requirements before ordering. All electrical connections must be completed by a licensed electrician.

Warranty & ordering

Leisurecraft-built products carry a five-year residential limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage is limited to replacement parts and excludes labor and installation; improper installation, maintenance, weather damage, and failure to follow manufacturer instructions are excluded. This made-to-order product is prepaid and non-returnable under Leisurecraft dealer terms. Manufacturer build timing is an estimate, not a guaranteed ship date.
