Shipping & ordering

• Accessories ordered without a qualifying sauna are subject to Leisurecraft’s $55 flat accessory-shipping fee within the continental United States.
• Remote locations, Alaska, Hawaii, and islands require a separate shipping quote.
• Orders are prepaid and non-returnable under Leisurecraft dealer terms. Missing-component or transit-damage claims must be reported within 30 days of receipt.

Warranty

Warranty follows the current terms for each component in the package. Coverage is limited to eligible replacement parts and excludes labor and installation.
